How do I shop Henry Singer online?
PLACING AN ORDER
On the product page select the size, colour and quantity of the item you wish to purchase.
- Click ADD TO BAG to add the item to your Henry Singer shopping bag.
- A green check mark will appear to the left of Added to Bag.
- You may click to View Bag or Continue Shopping
- When you are ready to complete your order, click the View Bag link.
MY SHOPPING BAG
- All the items that you have selected will be in your Henry Singer shopping bag.
- Items in your Henry Singer shopping bag reflect the current price displayed on item’s product page.
- You may change the quantity, delete or add items to your shopping bag.
- Click on the Update Bag button to refresh your purchases.
- Use the Special Instructions window to send us a message regarding your order.
- Click on the Checkout button to complete your order.
CHECKOUT
- Upon checking out of the Henry Singer online store you will be asked to enter your payment and address information. We are unable to ship to post office boxes, and reserve the right to refuse shipment if we are unable to verify the Ship To: address if it does not match the Bill To: address.
SHIPPING METHODS
- We provide expedited shipping via Canada Post. You may anticipate your parcel within 2 - 10 business days (dependent on your location) on orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) prior to 2 pm MST.
- We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders over $200 before taxes.
- For your convenience we also offer Free In-Store pickup at our store locations.
SALES TAX
- Henry Singer Fashion Group Ltd is required to adhere to all Canadian Revenue Agency policies and charges Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) based on the delivery address within Canada.
PAYMENT
- You will be asked to enter your billing address and credit card information. We accept North American Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. The value of your purchase plus shipping and taxes (where applicable) will be charged to your credit card.
- We now accept ALIPAY and WECHAT Pay in store only.
ALTERATIONS
- Alterations extra on all sale price merchandise discounted 40% or more
RECEIPT
- This page will summarize your order and provide you with a sales receipt number.
- We recommend you print this receipt for your reference.
- In addition you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your receipt.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- If for any reason we are unable to completely fulfill your order we will contact you.
- When your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number.
Can I return my purchase?
We will gladly accept returns of online regular priced purchases within 14 days of you receiving your shipment/order available for pickup at store location. Merchandise may be returned provided it is in unworn condition with all original receipts, tags and packaging in place. A refund in the original payment tender will be processed upon receipt of the returned physical garment by Henry Singer.
All USA and International orders are Final Sale, no returns or exchanges allowed.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Merchandise must be in unworn condition with all original receipts, tags and packaging in place.
Please note that Under Garments and Swimwear are all considered Final Sales, and may not be returned or exchanged after purchase.
We are unable to provide price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Purchases may be returned to any of our store locations with original receipt or returned by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Prior to sending back your return, please contact us at shoponline@henrysinger.com to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please include the following information.

Can I exchange my purchase?
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour we request that you return the original item and purchase your new selection online or in store.
Are prices different online versus in store?
No. The prices are the same online and at our store locations. On occasion we may have special promotions/events running only in store or online.
Is all merchandise found in Henry Singer stores available online?
No. As our online site grows we will add new brands and classifications. Please visit our brands page to view the world class brands available at our store locations.
What if there is a pricing error?
Despite our best efforts pricing errors may occur. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed we will cancel your order of the item and notify you of the cancellation.
How can I pay for my online purchase?
We offer payment by the following North American credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express and Pay Pal.
Is ordering online secure?
Yes. Henrysinger.com is on a secure SSL server. All transactions are encrypted, and we do not retain credit card information on our site.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Canada, USA and Europe (all USA and International orders are Final Sale, no returns or exchanges allowed. We are not responsible for any custom or duties charges that may be enforced by the destination’s country.
